Friendly service and staff, one stop shop for all your pets
I recently purchased a harness on line for my dog and have found he can slip the harness easily if he gets a fright as he is a flighty dog at the best of times. Twice now he has pulled back and slipped out of the harness. I visited Pet Barn at Blacktown and spoke with the sales assitant and he was able to recommend a harness that my dog can not slip out of if he tries pulling back on his lead. Always find the staff at this store helpful.
Jade from Blacktown Petbarn has the best customer service I have experienced from any Petbarn store. She is very knowledgable, great communication skills and super friendly! Jade creates a positive experience to my visit and I always leave feeling satisfied with my purchases. My dog also admires Jade! Well done Jade and thank you for your help all the time.
Became a member online and i saved over $50 on my items. The money i saved i let my daughter pick some items for her cat for Christmas. Her happiness made me happy and the staff was very friendly and helpful. 10/10

It has been an extremely long time since I've experienced such great customer service anywhere. Logan really went above and beyond to help me in a stressful situation regarding medication for my chicken. She had in depth knowledge and was super friendly, guiding me in the right direction. Very grateful for the help I received from her. ^_^" (You totally need to give her a pay rise, employees like her are a valuable part of the team!)
Staff are always knowledgeable and good to the visiting pets. Store is pretty clean for a pet store. Often have great deals.
